1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller (operator of the online store) and the buyer (customer) in the sale of goods through the website www.silksociety.sk.
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

An order created through the online store is binding.

A purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller, in the form of an email confirmation.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of stock depletion or a technical error.
3. Price and Payment Terms

All prices are stated including VAT (20%), unless stated otherwise.

The price stated for the product at the time of the order is the final price.

The seller reserves the right to change prices, with new prices applying only to new orders.
4. Delivery Terms

Goods are typically dispatched within 1–5 working days from the confirmation of the order and payment (for cash on delivery orders, from the confirmation of the order).

Delivery is made via courier companies or the Slovak Post.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown during the checkout process.

The delivery is considered completed when the customer receives the goods.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Return Policy)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal must be notified in writing by email at info@silksociety.sk or by filling out the withdrawal form (see attachment).

The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.

If the above conditions are met, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of withdrawal (the refund may be withheld until the goods are returned).

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
6. Complaints Procedure (Liability for Defects)

The seller is responsible for defects in the goods at the time of delivery.

In case of a complaint, the customer should contact the seller by email or in writing with a description of the defect.

Complaints will be processed within 30 days from the submission.

If the complaint is justified, the customer has the right to a replacement, repair, reasonable discount, or a refund.
7. Protection of Personal Data

The seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR, Personal Data Protection Act).

8. Final Provisions

The seller reserves the right to modify and update these Terms and Conditions.

The legal relationship is governed by the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.

Any disputes will be resolved primarily through agreement, or otherwise in the competent court of the Slovak Republic.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 01.02.2024.
